The other agents stated that they were neither neither satisfied or unsatisfied. *How satisfied are you with the location of this lottery terminal in this store?* 6 out of 10 agents said they were either satisfied or very satisfied with the terminal location. 3 of the 10 agents stated that they were neither neither satisfied or unsatisfied, with only 1 agent being dissatisfied. *How satisfied are you with the length of time to make a lottery ticket purchase?* 6 out of 10 agents said they were either satisfied or very satisfied with the terminal location. 1 of the 10 agents stated that they were neither neither satisfied or unsatisfied, with 3 agents being dissatisfied.   If you ever hear about a cool retail innovation in Canada - let us know!
